ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT
Liezel Liezel (pronounced Leezle) has been an athlete with Boerne Blaze for many years. She is 28 years old and lives at home with her mom and dad (Maria & Mark). She has 2 brothers (Krys & Hunter) and a sister (Nakita) and many nieces and nephews. |

As you look at the pictures, you will see her family is very into the Renaissance Festival and definitely dress the part every year. She also likes air shows. Her favorite plane is the Globemaster III (C-17). Liezel says “I am friends with a fairy. Her name is Opal. I also have many, many books in progress.”

Liezel’s favorite Boerne Blaze sport is basketball. She also swims, does crossfit, likes to write, listen to music, and walk. She participates in our Jericho Fellowship and was the first one to ask if we could do a service project to help others. 
From Jenny, Boerne Blaze Head of Delegation: Liezel is a very unique, interesting, and very lovely young lady. She looks and sees things very deeply and with an artistic slant. She is a very caring and compassionate person who is always interested in others. She wears fun clothes and sometimes sports purple hair! When she walks into a room, everyone smiles! She is a pleasure to have in our Boerne Blaze family! |
