Welcome to our brand new Boerne Blaze Special Olympics website!!! I hope you find it informative, inspirational, and easy to navigate. My son, Philip, has created the site and along with his help, I will be doing my best to keep it up to date.

Internally, our Boerne Blaze (BBSO) family communicates with an app—we can quickly send out group notices when needed. But we were desperately in need of a way for people in the community to “find” us and see who we are and what we are about. Boerne is a rapidly growing area. There are families who are newly relocated here who may have someone who has special needs and would like to get connected with us! 

And, if you have a heart for this group, we need volunteers in many different ways! We love having new people with us. 

So…. Take a moment to look around. See the various sports we offer; check out the community opportunities (you do not have to be a BBSO athlete to participate in these); meet our coaches; look at all the smiles; and then let us know how we can help you to join our Boerne Blaze family—either as an athlete or a volunteer.
