Elvis - August 2026

This month shines on Elvis, a 15-year-old 10th grader at Boerne High School whose joyful spirit and willingness to try new things make him such a special part of the Boerne Blaze family.  Elvis is very active in Boerne Blaze sports, including swimming, bowling, cycling, tennis, flag football, and triathlon. Never one to shy away from trying a new challenge, he has also signed up for upcoming pickleball! But he says cycling and swimming are his favorites!

Family means a great deal to Elvis. He lives with Mom, Dad, Granny, Abuelo, Bluebell (dog), and 4 rescue cats named McFatty, Princess, Kiki, and Foxy. Elvis also enjoys spending time with his 8 younger cousins.

Helping him to grow spiritually, Elvis has joined Capernaum (Young Life), and Jericho Christian Fellowship, and volunteers at The Daily Bread.

Anyone who knows Elvis knows how much he loves NASCAR racing and collecting die-cast cars! He knows ALL about NASCAR, so if you ever want to discuss this with him, you will see his face just light up with excitement.!! He also enjoys playing Xbox, going to movies in the park, building planes, creating with Legos at Bricks and Minifigs, and taking part in doing monthly DIY projects at Home Depot.

Elvis has a curious mind and enjoys learning about history on topics A to Z, as well as staying up to date on current events. He likes going to car shows and collecting Fiesta medals.
