ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT
Asher Asher joined Boerne Blaze in the fall of 2021 during our basketball season (limited due to Covid). He is 11 years old and attends Fabra Elementary. Off to Boerne Middle School North next school year! His parents are Samantha and Christopher. Asher is the oldest of 3 boys. Tristan is 8 and Jameson is 3. Asher is outgoing, loving, and caring. He is an amazing big brother. He jumps to help whenever needed. His favorite words are “I love you” and “Hi.” Mom says he has come a long way with his speech and can speak full sentences now. Asher’s favorite hobby would be art making, swimming and playing on his Nintendo switch. He also recently started making “commercials” with his phone and it involves all his favorite plushies, which he calls “babies.” |

Tennis is Asher’s favorite sport but he also really loves basketball.
Quote from Mom: “We love Boerne Blaze because we have made some amazing friends! Asher wouldn’t get excited if he didn’t like it. I’m so happy when I ask him, he jumps for excitement. We have always felt welcomed with Boerne Blaze. It’s an amazing organization. My son has learned so much from skill, patience, and in general, just being able to have fun!
