JERICHO
A PLACE OF BELONGING
WHAT is Jericho?
The journey to Jericho began in 2019 and continues today!
Twice a month, friends are invited to gather for singing, eating, learning, laughing, praying, and serving our community.
We will have fun as we learn about God, ourselves, and others.
WHY do we call this gathering Jericho?
Many wonderful stories in the Bible take place in or near Jericho.
This city is about 11,000 years old – some say it is the oldest city in the world!
God made it beautiful, with springs of water and lots of date palm trees.
It is still a very popular place to visit in Palestine.
We hope you will want to visit Jericho, too!
WHO gets to enjoy Jericho?
Jericho is for adults with special needs, age 22 and older, & their friends.
Families and friends in the community can support this journey by providing meals, messages, and music.
WHEN does Jericho meet?
2nd and 4th Mondays of each month.
6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
WHERE does Jericho meet?
St. Mark Presbyterian Church
208 W. Bandera Rd
Family Life Center
Families are asked to provide a simple meal for 1 or more gatherings. A full kitchen is available for preparation, serving, & clean up.
